Ingredients
- 4 whole breasts of chicken or 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 medium size onion
Method
- Mix soup and milk well.
- Cook the chicken with celery and onion (salt and pepper).
- Take off the bone.
- Save the liquid, celery and onion.
- Put chicken into a large Pyrex dish.
- Pour mushroom soup, chicken soup and milk mixture over chicken.
- Mix Pepperidge Farm stuffing (using liquid, celery and onion).
- Mix the dressing according to directions.
- Put dressing on top of mushroom mixture. Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
- Homemade dressing can be used.
