Ingredients

  • 4 whole breasts of chicken or 1 whole chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 medium size onion

Method

  • Mix soup and milk well.
  • Cook the chicken with celery and onion (salt and pepper).
  • Take off the bone.
  • Save the liquid, celery and onion.
  • Put chicken into a large Pyrex dish.
  • Pour mushroom soup, chicken soup and milk mixture over chicken.
  • Mix Pepperidge Farm stuffing (using liquid, celery and onion).
  • Mix the dressing according to directions.
  • Put dressing on top of mushroom mixture. Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
  • Homemade dressing can be used.
