Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 1 medium jar peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Boil potato until soft.
- Pour off water and mash potato.
- Add sugar, a little at a time.
- It is very stiff.
- Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread peanut butter on dough.
- Roll up and place in refrigerator.
- Slice as needed.
