Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Chinese noodles (sotanghon, can be purchased at Oriental store, corner of E. Lake and Sudden Sts.)
- 2 c. shredded chicken meat
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 5 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- In medium heat, stir-fry garlic until brown in oil.
- Set aside.
- Add chicken and broth.
- While waiting for broth to boil, soak noodles for
- 2 minutes and cut in half.
- Add the noodles and the spices until cooked.
- Add celery and simmer for 2 minutes.
