Ingredients
- 24 ounces skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups broccoli
- 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 12 ounces sugar snap peas
- 6 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 medium green onions
- 8 cups brown rice
- 12 cup cashews
Method
- Cook chicken in fat free sprayed skillet.
- Add broccoli chicken broth.
- Add snap peas, onions, soy sauce.
- Serve over brown rice.
- Garnish with cashew pieces.
