Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (your choice)
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 2 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken

Method

  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add chicken.
  • Cook until well done.
  • Remove chicken.
  • Add garlic to butter and saute.
  • When chicken is cool enough, dice into bite size pieces.
  • Add chopped up broccoli and package of dry noodles to butter, stirring frequently until completely coated. Add chicken broth.
  • Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Add chicken. Cover and cook until noodles and broccoli are tender and all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
