Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (your choice)
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 2 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken
Method
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken.
- Cook until well done.
- Remove chicken.
- Add garlic to butter and saute.
- When chicken is cool enough, dice into bite size pieces.
- Add chopped up broccoli and package of dry noodles to butter, stirring frequently until completely coated. Add chicken broth.
- Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add chicken. Cover and cook until noodles and broccoli are tender and all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
