Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 pt. (2 c.) warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 7 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Put yeast, warm water and sugar in a large bowl; let stand until dissolved.
- Add butter, then flour, dry milk and salt.
- Beat well with mixer.
- Shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheet.
- Let rise in warm place until about double in size.
- Bake at 425° about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
