Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Chicken Breasts (Cooked and Cut Up)
  • 2 pkgs. Frozen Broccoli (Cooked)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 pt. Sour Cream
  • 1 c. Mayonaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 c. Sharp Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 tsp. Curry Powder
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Toasted Almonds

Method

  • 1. Layer drained broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish.
  • 2. Mix other ingredients except Parmesan cheese, butter,
  • and chicken. Second layer chopped chicken, sprinkle
  • cheese between layers and spread sauce on top.
  • 3. Dot with butter. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°.
  • 4. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
