Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 1 head broccoli or 2 small pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of onion soup (I use cream of mushroom)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Chinese noodles

Method

  • Cook chicken until just tender; remove from bones (have at least 2 cups or more).
  • Cook the broccoli until just tender.
  • Layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish the broccoli and chicken.
  • Mix the soups and mayonnaise; pour over chicken and broccoli.
  • Grate the cheese and spread on top.
  • Top with Chinese noodles.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
