Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese slices
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs

Method

  • Boil chicken; tear into pieces.
  • Cook broccoli and drain.
  • In small pot, combine cheese, butter, soup and chicken broth.
  • Heat on stove until cheese melts.
  • Line bottom of casserole dish with cracker crumbs.
  • Layer broccoli and chicken; layer over and over, then pour cheese sauce over it.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
