Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. cooked chicken
Method
- Cook broccoli 3 minutes and drain.
- Combine mayonnaise, soup and lemon juice.
- Alternate layers of broccoli and chicken in a 2-quart casserole.
- Pour soup over top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
