Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut up
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 c. red wine
- salt and pepper
- bowtie macaroni
Method
- In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
- Add onion, mushrooms and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer, covered, 45 minutes on low.
