Ingredients
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 2/3 c. each: flour and sugar
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Spray baking sheets with nonstick spray. Combine oats, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet.
- Bake until set, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Cool.
- Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
