Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (optional for garnish later)
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  • Prep nut crust first!
  • Blend together nuts well and then add in all the other ingredients
  • Blend until a dough forms
  • Add more almond milk if needed
  • Place dough in a pie tray and spread evenly across the tray and around the edges
  • Set aside in the freezer and while prepping the filling
  • Blend all the filling ingredients well , scrapping the blender on the sides as needed
  • Blend until creamy
  • Pour creamy mixture on top of pie crust
  • You can either sprinkle with dark chcocolate chips or melt and drizzle or both as I did
  • Place in freezer for 3-4 hours and thaw 15 mins before serving
