Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) frzn creamed spinach, thawed
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon or possibly more grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp. or possibly more grated Parmesan

Method

  • Remove stems from mushrooms, brush dirt from caps.
  • Place caps hollow side up on foiled pan.
  • Open side of spinach pouch.
  • Add in garlic, pepper, Worcestershire; stir well.
  • Spoon mix into caps.
  • Sprinkle tops with grated.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 min 4 inches from heating element, or possibly broil 3 to 5 min.
