Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) Graham Cracker Crust (recipe follows)
- 1 (12 oz.) cherry preserves or cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time.
- Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
- Cool and top with preserves.
