Ingredients
- 1 can tart cherries
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- grated lemon rind (1 to 2 tsp.)
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Drain cherries and mash in strainer.
- Beat milk and cherries, add lemon juice and rind.
- Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
- Pour in graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
