Ingredients
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can sour cherries in water or blueberries
Method
- Mix together first five ingredients.
- Add Bisquick and cinnamon.
- Stir vigorously for 1/2 minute.
- Carefully fold 1 can drained sour cherries into batter.
- Pour into muffin cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 17 minutes.
- Best eaten while still warm.
