Ingredients

  • 8 c. torn pieces angel food cake
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. sour cream

Method

  • Place half of torn cake pieces in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Spread pie filling over cake pieces.
  • Spread remainder of cake pieces.
  • Beat instant pudding mix with the milk.
  • Add sour cream and continue beating until well blended.
  • Spread pudding mixture over cake.
  • Allow to set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  • Serves 9 to 12.
