Ingredients
- 8 c. torn pieces angel food cake
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Place half of torn cake pieces in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Spread pie filling over cake pieces.
- Spread remainder of cake pieces.
- Beat instant pudding mix with the milk.
- Add sour cream and continue beating until well blended.
- Spread pudding mixture over cake.
- Allow to set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- Serves 9 to 12.
