Ingredients
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
- 34 cup granulated sugar
- 34 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 (1 ounce) packetsnestle toll house choco bake unsweetened chocolate flavoring
- 2 cups nestle toll house semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- Beat in eggs and Choco Bake.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels and nuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon on ungreased baking sheets, Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still slightly soft.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
