Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- dash of salt
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. cherry flavored chips
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. chopped, salted peanuts
Method
- Combine sugar
- with evaporated milk, salt, marshmallows and 1/2 cup margarine in
- a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it comes to a
- boil.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cherry
- flavored
- chips and 1 teaspoon margarine. Add peanut butter and peanuts.
- Spread
- over cherry layer and chill. Cut into squares.
