Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup PLANTERS Cherry Chocolate Peanut Butter with Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Cherries & Cranberries
  • 1/2 lb. French bread baguette, split
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed, softened

Method

  • Heat oven to 375F.
  • Spread peanut butter onto 1 baguette half.
  • Reassemble baguette; cut into 2-inch cubes.
  • Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth; pour over bread.
  • Gently press bread into milk mixture until evenly moistened.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake 40 min.
  • or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
