Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 pie crust
- 1 can pie cherries
Method
- Beat cream cheese with mixer until soft.
- Pour in Eagle Brand milk. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours for hardening. Cover with cherries.
