Ingredients
- 1 lb. cheese (processed) or Cheddar
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Cut cheese and melt in double boiler.
- Add milk, salt and mustard.
- Remove from heat and stir in eggs.
- Return to heat; stir and cook until eggs thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool slowly and stir.
