- chicken breasts (as many as needed for your family or guests)
- jalapeno Cheez Whiz (1 Tbsp. per chicken breast)
- Ritz crackers, ground into fine crumbs
Method
- Flatten or thin chicken by slicing with a knife to round out and make it easier to roll up similar to a cabbage roll.
- Place 1 tablespoon (heaping) Cheez Whiz in the center of the chicken and roll up, ensuring that ends are tucked in.
- Roll chicken in Ritz cracker crumbs and place in loaf pan or baking dish small enough that chicken pieces are touching together.
- This keeps the cheese in place.
- Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the amount of chicken, until done.
