Ingredients
- 1 c. pepperoni slices
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper strips
- 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- Fry pepperoni until edges curl.
- Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
- Add tomatoes and oregano; cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
- Toss with spaghetti and combined cheeses.
