Ingredients
- 6 cubed potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. cubed ham, bacon or Spam
Method
- Boil potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate saucepan, add milk, flour and salt.
- Place milk and flour mixture on a warm burner, stirring slowly until mixture thickens.
- When mixture thickens, add cheese and stir.
- Drain potatoes; add meat and pour cheese sauce (mixture) over potatoes; bake for 10 minutes at 400°.
- Eat.
