- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Method
- Combine crumbs and butter.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture. Firmly press remaining crumb mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Set aside.
