Ingredients
- 9 medium potatoes
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- paprika
Method
- Cook unpeeled potatoes until almost tender.
- Peel and shred potatoes.
- In large bowl, mix potatoes, cheese and margarine until margarine is melted.
- Stir in rest of ingredients except paprika. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
