- 6 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can Spam, cubed
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, mustard, garlic powder and paprika. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in Spam, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and onion. Pour into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheeses and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
