Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar free barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Method

  • Mix turkey, green pepper, barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of the cheese until well blended.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  • Add patties; cover.
  • Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, topping each burger with 1 tomato slice and 2 Tbsp.
  • of the remaining cheese for the last minute of the cooking time.
  • Serve each burger on lettuce leaf.
