Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar free barbecue sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 lettuce leaves
Method
- Mix turkey, green pepper, barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of the cheese until well blended.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add patties; cover.
- Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, topping each burger with 1 tomato slice and 2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining cheese for the last minute of the cooking time.
- Serve each burger on lettuce leaf.
