Ingredients
- 12 Melba rounds, toast or unsalted crackers
- 8 to 10 tsp. peanut butter
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- sharp processed cheese, cut in slices approximate shape of crackers
Method
- Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each side of cracker.
- Wrap 1/2 bacon slice around cracker; use a toothpick to secure.
- Place in glass dish on 4 to 5 layers of paper towels. Microwave on Medium to crisp bacon.
- Top with cheese.
- Microwave to melt cheese.
