- 5 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Sliced Green Onions, For Garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients but reserve some bacon and the green onions for garnish.
- Mix together and pour into a 16 ounce baking dish.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
- You can also turn on the broiler for the last minute to get some nice browning.
- Remove from oven and garnish with the reserved bacon and onions.
- Serve warm with bread, chips, or some veggies.
