- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping
- 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 c. cherry pie filling
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smoothy; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
- Spoon into crust.
- Chill until set (at least 4 hours).
- Serve topped with cherry pie filling.
