Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp or extra sharp)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (may need more), softened or melted
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients; form into balls.
- Press with fork.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown.
