Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 1 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
Method
- Simmer potatoes, carrots, celery and water for 20 minutes, then add broccoli and cauliflower.
- Cook another 6 minutes.
- Melt together Velveeta cheese and chicken soup.
- Add to veggies.
- Heat; do not boil.
- Serves 8.
