Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and chopped
- 3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix
Method
- Melt cheese in a double boiler; add sausage and mix well. Pour into a large mixing bowl; add Bisquick (mix well with hands if needed).
- Roll into small balls (3/4-inch diameter).
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serves 12.
