Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Stir together pineapple and sugar.
- Boil for 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup of cold water.
- Add gelatin to pineapple.
- Add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
- Grate 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream.
- Fold in cheese and whipping cream. Chill.
