Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. New York sharp cheese
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Melt cheese and butter in a double boiler.
- Combine with sifted flour and red pepper.
- Stir in Rice Krispies.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Roll into small balls with palm of hands.
- Pat thin or press with a fork on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 12 minutes.
- Allow to completely cool, then store in an airtight container.
