Ingredients
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients well with hands.
- Roll into balls the size of a walnut.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with tines of a fork in crisscross pattern.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool.
- Serve at room temperature. Makes 8 dozen, 40 calories each.
- These freeze very well.
