Ingredients

  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Mix all ingredients well with hands.
  • Roll into balls the size of a walnut.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with tines of a fork in crisscross pattern.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Cool.
  • Serve at room temperature. Makes 8 dozen, 40 calories each.
  • These freeze very well.
