- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can light skim milk
- 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Method
- Saute
- margarine,
- green
- onion and garlic cloves, then add flour and milk.
- When thickened, add rest of ingredients. Serve over your favorite cooked noodles.
