Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion (1 small)
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper (1 medium)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. instant beef broth
  • 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  • Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in vegetable oil until soft.
  • Add 2 Tbsp. flour, chili powder and salt.
  • Cook until bubbly.
  • Add water and instant beef broth and cook, stirring, until thickened.
  • Add in cheddar cheese.
