Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Bag Of Noodles
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Fat Free
  • 1 can Milk, Use The Soup Can For Measuring
  • 10 ounces, fluid Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
  • Fresh Parsley, to taste
  • 1 bag (24 Oz. Size) Frozen Mixed Vegetables (You Can Also Use Canned Vegetables)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook noodles to al dente.
  • Pour mushroom soup and milk into an ovenproof dish.
  • Add cheddar cheese, chicken, noodles, parsley and mixed veggies.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until done, stirring once.
