Ingredients
- graham cracker crust (in 8 x 8-inch pan)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 can lemon pie filling
Method
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and lemon extract and put in crust.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Spread lemon pie filling on top. Double for 9 x 13-inch pan.
