Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • chopped onion and celery to taste (optional)
  • margarine

Method

  • Cook rice.
  • Saute chopped onion and celery in margarine.
  • In separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Cheez Whiz.
  • Add cooked rice and sauteed onion and celery; stir well.
  • Pour mixture into buttered Corning Ware dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
