Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- chopped onion and celery to taste (optional)
- margarine
Method
- Cook rice.
- Saute chopped onion and celery in margarine.
- In separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Cheez Whiz.
- Add cooked rice and sauteed onion and celery; stir well.
- Pour mixture into buttered Corning Ware dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
