Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread (frozen)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- melted margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Separate bread slices while still frozen.
- Trim off outside edges of the bread (the bread will be thawing).
- Roll each slice flat with rolling pin and cut in half, making 2 strips.
- Spread each strip with the softened cream cheese.
- Roll up jelly roll style.
- (It will stick to itself.)
- Dip into melted margarine. Then roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
