Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- seasoned salt
- finely crushed pecans
Method
- Set cream cheese out to soften.
- Mince onion and green pepper very fine.
- Squeeze out all water.
- Mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, onion, green pepper and grated cheese.
- Add seasoned salt to taste (1 1/2 tablespoons).
- Roll into 2 balls.
- Roll in nuts.
- Refrigerate.
