Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 lb. can cut wax beans, drained
  • 1 lb. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 lb. can garbanzos (chickpeas), drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • purple onion rings
  • pimento for color
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Drain
  • beans.
  • Combine
  • green
  • peppers, onion rings and pimento.
  • Mix sugar, vinegar and salad oil.
  • Pour over vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill overnight.
