Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (5 oz.) glass Old English cheese
  • 1 (5 oz.) glass Roka Blue cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. fine chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Let all cheeses stand at room temperature.
  • Stir cheeses together.
  • Add and mix all the ingredients except 1/2 cup nuts. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Shape into a ball and roll over 1/2 cup nuts and 1/4 cup parsley flakes.
