Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) glass Old English cheese
- 1 (5 oz.) glass Roka Blue cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fine chopped onions
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Let all cheeses stand at room temperature.
- Stir cheeses together.
- Add and mix all the ingredients except 1/2 cup nuts. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Shape into a ball and roll over 1/2 cup nuts and 1/4 cup parsley flakes.
