Ingredients

  • 1 small can Pillsbury crescent rolls (4 rolls in a can)
  • 1 round semi-soft cheese (Gouda, Bonbel or Babybel)

Method

  • Peel wax off cheese and cover with foil.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Take 2 triangles of dough and press the perforations so that there are no holes pinching and pressing should do it. Cover one side of the cheese with dough.
  • Repeat with remaining 2 triangles and cover other side of cheese, making sure there are no openings.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • If any cheese leaks out, just let it cool slightly and push cheese under with spatula.
  • Serve and cut into wedges.
