Ingredients
- 20 small boiled potatoes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/4 c. Blue cheese
- 1/2 lb. crumbled bacon, cooked
Method
- Slice potatoes thick.
- Combine mayonnaise and cream.
- Add Blue cheese and fold into potatoes.
- Sprinkle with bacon and serve immediately.
